Westbrook ISD is holding its official public hearings on the proposed 2026-2027 budget and the property tax rate needed to fund it. This is the primary opportunity for taxpayers to question new spending and find out if the board plans to adopt a tax rate higher than the ‘no-new-revenue’ rate, which would increase the total amount of taxes collected from the community.

SHOW UP & SPEAK UP: Attend the public hearing on August 27th. Ask the board directly: ‘Are you adopting the no-new-revenue tax rate? If not, by how much are you increasing the tax levy on Westbrook families and businesses?’ Demand they hold the line on spending.
