The district is receiving a ‘Facility Assessment’ presentation from the firm Cummings-Gallagher. These types of assessments are often the first step used to justify multi-million dollar bond packages or other debt issued without voter approval.

Contact the board (see the district website for contact info): ‘Regarding Item 8, please make the full Cummings-Gallagher facility assessment report public online before the meeting. Taxpayers deserve to see the data before any bond is considered.’
