Undisclosed ‘Team of Eight’ Training Session

📅 October 19, 2026

The agenda lists a ‘Team of Eight Training’ for the school board and superintendent but provides no details on the provider, curriculum, or cost. This lack of transparency prevents taxpayers from knowing if their elected officials are being trained by a taxpayer-funded lobby group like TASB or being taught controversial governance theories.

Response

Contact the Palmer ISD administration before the meeting: ‘Regarding the ‘Team of Eight Training’ on the October 19 agenda, who is the provider, what is the cost to the taxpayer, and will the training materials be made public in advance?’
