Vague ‘Team Building’ Training Update
📅 October 8, 2026
The Superintendent is providing an ‘Update on Team Building Training’ under item IV.C.2. Vague training sessions can sometimes be a vehicle for introducing controversial Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) concepts into the district without public transparency.
Response

ASK FOR DETAILS: During public comment, ask the board about Item IV.C.2. ‘What is the content of this team building training, who is the provider, what is the cost to taxpayers, and will all training materials be made available for public review?’
