WARNING (LEVEL 6)
Vague ‘Workshop’ Agenda Hides Discussion Topics from Public
📅 October 6, 2026
The district has posted an agenda for a ‘Special Board Workshop’ that contains no specific items or topics for discussion. This lack of detail prevents taxpayers and parents from knowing what policies or spending will be debated by the board, effectively shutting the public out of a key part of the decision-making process.
Response

Contact the Del Valle ISD Board of Trustees (see the Official Agenda link for contact info): ‘The agenda for the October 6 Special Board Workshop is completely blank. What specific topics will be discussed? The public has a right to know what is being debated before the meeting, not after.’
