Vague ‘Planning Session’ Lacks Specifics

📅 October 15, 2026

The board’s only discussion item is a ‘planning session’ with no details provided to the public about the topics to be discussed. This lack of transparency prevents taxpayers from knowing if major financial or policy decisions, like a future bond or tax increase, are being initiated out of public view.

Response

DEMAND THE DETAILS: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link): ‘What specific topics will be discussed under Item 8.a, the “Planning session”? The public deserves to know what is being planned with their tax dollars before the meeting.’
