Board to Vote on Bond Sale with No Public Documents
📅 October 29, 2026
The board is scheduled to approve the final legal order to issue and sell ‘Bond 2025’ debt, committing taxpayers to millions. However, the district’s own agenda attachment admits the legal order from the attorney has not been provided, meaning the public and the board cannot review the final terms before the vote.
Response

DEMAND A DELAY: Contact the Board of Trustees (see the district website for contact info). ‘Regarding Item 5.A, the Board must not vote on a bond order that has not been made public. Table this item until the full legal document is posted for public review.’

💰 Impact: Voting Without Documents

The actual dollar amount of this price is not disclosed in the agenda, preventing any public scrutiny of the project’s cost-effectiveness before the vote.
