WARNING (LEVEL 7)
Board Candidate Interviews Held in Secret
📅 October 5, 2026
The Board is interviewing candidates for a Trustee position in a closed session, away from public view. This prevents taxpayers from evaluating the candidates who will be responsible for setting their property tax rates and school policies.
Response

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link): ‘Item 3.A.1: Interviews for public office should be held in public. Move the Board of Trustees candidate interviews into the open session so taxpayers can see who you are considering to represent them.’

💰 Impact: Reduced Public Accountability
