The district is having a consulting firm, Moak Casey, present an ‘efficiency review’ under Item 11.A. This review is a required step before the district can hold a Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE) to raise property taxes. This presentation is likely the first step in an effort to justify asking taxpayers for more money.
