Heads up! Our parent watchdogs have scanned the upcoming agenda for WHEATLAND-CHILI CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. We found 2 items that need your immediate attention before the vote.
🚨 HIGH CONCERN (LEVEL 9)
District Approving 3-Year Teacher Indoctrination Plan
📅 August 10, 2026
The board is voting on a three-year “Professional Learning Plan” that mandates teacher training based on the “NY State Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education Framework.” This framework embeds controversial concepts like “equity” and “inclusion” into all subjects, shifting the focus from academics to social engineering.
Recommended Action Plan

PACK THE ROOM: This plan dictates teacher training for the next three years. Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for details): ‘Vote NO on the Professional Learning Plan (Item 2.E). I demand teacher training focus on academic excellence, not the politically-driven Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education Framework.’

👀 MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Funding Staff for Student Support ‘System’ (MTSS)
📅 August 10, 2026
The district is approving summer hours for a staff member dedicated to “MTSS” (Multi-Tiered System of Supports). While presented as academic support, MTSS can be a trojan horse for collecting behavioral data and implementing SEL interventions on students without specific parental consent for each action.
Recommended Action Plan

ASK QUESTIONS: Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for details): ‘Regarding Item 3.F, what specific non-academic data is collected under the MTSS framework, who has access to it, and what is the explicit opt-out process for parents?’
