NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Board to Vote on Undisclosed Superintendent Contract
📅 October 28, 2026
The Board is scheduled to approve a new employment contract for the Superintendent after discussing it in a private executive session. The agenda does not disclose the financial terms of this contract, such as salary, bonuses, or potential buyout clauses, before the public vote.
Recommended Action Plan

Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand that the full text of the Superintendent’s proposed contract, including all financial terms, be made public *before* the vote on Item IV.A. ‘Taxpayers have a right to see how their money is being spent before the Board approves a major contract.’
