⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
Board to Hire Superintendent Search Firm
📅 2026-08-04
The board is considering hiring an outside firm, ‘Arrow Educational Services, Inc.,’ to manage the search for a new district superintendent. The firm that controls the search process often controls the candidate pool, effectively deciding who will run our schools and set policy for years to come.
Recommended Action Plan

VET THE VENDOR: Contact the Thrall ISD Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact details). Ask: ‘Before you hire Arrow Educational Services, Inc. for the superintendent search, what is their track record? We need a transparent process that prioritizes candidates committed to academic excellence and parental rights, not ideological agendas.’
