ASK FOR CLARITY: This is a workshop, the perfect time to ask questions. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask to forward a message to the Board: ‘Can you please define the specific criteria and metrics being used for the “Equity Adjustment Recommendations” in Item 3.B? Will these adjustments be based on merit and experience, or will they incorporate demographic or identity-based factors?’
