Recommended Action Plan

Use the ‘Open Mic’ time (Item X) to challenge this rule. Address the City Council: ‘How can citizens hold city employees accountable for their actions if we are forbidden from saying their names in a public meeting? This rule protects bad actors, silences the public, and must be reversed.’
