MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Special Meeting Called for Secret Legal Session
📅 October 12, 2026
The Board has called a special meeting for the sole purpose of going into a closed-door ‘Executive Session’ with their lawyer. The public is barred from this discussion, and the topic is undisclosed, preventing any parental oversight on what could be a critical legal issue facing the district.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask: ‘Regarding Item 2.01 at the Special Meeting on October 12th, what is the general subject matter of the legal consultation? Parents deserve to know why a special meeting was required to discuss a secret legal topic.’
