NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
Board Holds ‘Development’ Meeting with No Public Comment or Recording
📅 November 2, 2026
The School Board is holding a ‘Leadership Development’ meeting to discuss its own performance and governance, but has explicitly banned public comment and will not livestream or record the session. This prevents parents from having any oversight into how the board sets its strategic direction and holds itself accountable.
Recommended Action Plan

Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand that all future board meetings, including ‘development’ sessions, be open to the public. ‘Parents deserve full transparency into all board discussions, especially those concerning governance and performance. We demand all future meetings be livestreamed, recorded, and allow for public comment.’
