The committee overseeing billions in bond spending is preventing parents from speaking directly to them in person. Instead, parents must email their comments the day before to be read aloud by staff, removing the power and accountability of live public testimony.

DEMAND TO BE HEARD: This is a bond oversight committee spending billions of your tax dollars. Email the committee at ICOC@sandi.net: ‘We demand the restoration of in-person public comment. Reading pre-submitted emails is not a substitute for public engagement and accountability.’
