Vague ‘District Goals’ Could Hide Ideological Agenda
📅 2026-08-17
The board is set to approve the 2026-2027 District Goals. These high-level documents are often where districts embed priorities like ‘equity’ or ‘social-emotional learning’ that later justify new curriculum and policies.
Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: The proposed ‘District Goals’ document is not attached to the public agenda. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand a copy be posted publicly before the vote. Ask the board: ‘Do these goals prioritize academic excellence or social agendas?’
