Secret Meeting on Undisclosed ‘Personnel Matters’

📅 2026-08-10

The Board is holding a closed-door “Executive Session” to discuss an undisclosed personnel issue with their lawyers. Secret meetings can be used to handle controversial decisions, such as staff discipline or legal settlements, outside of public view and without parental input.

Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Email Superintendent Tracy Reed at tracy.reed@reyn.org and call Board President Angela Abram at (614) 501-1020: ‘While the Board may meet in private, the public has a right to know the outcome. We demand a full public statement regarding any decisions or actions taken as a result of the August 10th Executive Session on personnel matters.’
