ALERT (LEVEL 3)
Behavioral Tracking System Renewal
📅 October 14, 2026
The district is renewing its subscription to ‘PBIS Rewards’ from vendor Navigate360 for 175 high school students. These systems track and modify student behavior, often serving as a backdoor for data collection and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) concepts without direct curriculum review.
Recommended Action Plan

ASK QUESTIONS: Contact the School Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact details). Ask: ‘Regarding Item 5.A, what specific student behaviors are tracked by the PBIS Rewards system? How is this data used, who has access to it, and can parents opt their children out of this data collection?’

💰 Impact: $395.50
