Vague ‘Strategic Planning’ Workshop Hides Details
📅 September 30, 2026
The board is holding a workshop on “Strategic Planning” with no public documents explaining what goals or frameworks will be discussed. This is a common tactic to introduce controversial initiatives like DEI, SEL, or ‘Equity’ goals into the district’s long-term vision without parental scrutiny.
Recommended Action Plan

ATTEND & RECORD: This ‘workshop’ format is often used to set policy direction without a formal vote. Attend the meeting, take notes on what is presented, and ask pointed questions during Public Comment about whether ‘Strategic Planning’ includes DEI, SEL, or Equity Audits. Demand all planning documents be posted publicly.
