NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
Board to Vote on Secret ‘Guardrails’ for Superintendent
📅 November 5, 2026
The Board is voting to approve ‘interim Superintendent Guardrails’ without providing the document to the public ahead of the meeting. This prevents parents from knowing what new powers or limitations are being placed on the district’s leader, potentially allowing for ideological agendas to be advanced without oversight.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and email the Board. ‘Regarding Item 2.B, the public has a right to review the proposed ‘Superintendent Guardrails’ before you vote. Post the document online immediately and postpone the vote until the next public meeting to allow for community review.’
