Heads Up: 5-Year Spending Plan to be Unveiled
📅 October 28, 2026
The district will present its 5-Year Capital Project List at the October 28th meeting. These large-scale spending plans can sometimes hide funding for controversial facilities like school-based health clinics or other projects that advance an ideological agenda instead of focusing on core academics.
Recommended Action Plan

MONITOR & PREPARE: Mark your calendar for the October 28th meeting. When the 5-Year Capital Project List mentioned in Item 5.H is released, we must scrutinize it to ensure taxpayer money is funding academics and essential maintenance, not ideological projects.
