‘Wellness’ Report and Goals on the Agenda

📅 October 28, 2026

The District Wellness Committee will review a ‘School Wellness Initiative’ report and discuss setting ‘Wellness Goals’ for the next school year. ‘Wellness’ programs are often a Trojan horse for introducing Social Emotional Learning (SEL), mental health screenings, and student data collection that can happen without direct parental consent.

Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: The agenda mentions a ‘Thriving Community Health Report’ under Item III but doesn’t provide the document. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand a copy of this report be posted publicly before the meeting so parents can review what ‘Wellness Goals’ are being planned for their children.
