⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Review of High School Restroom Design
📅 August 4, 2026
The board is reviewing a new “concept” for high school restrooms. This is often where districts introduce controversial all-gender or gender-neutral bathroom policies that can impact student privacy and safety without a full public discussion.
Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: This vague item could be a cover for introducing all-gender bathrooms. Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact details): ‘Regarding Item II.b, parents demand to see the proposed “Restroom Concept” for the high school. Will this plan maintain single-sex bathrooms for student privacy and safety?’

👀 MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Update on School “Wellness Center” Project
📅 August 4, 2026
The board is receiving an update on a “Wellness Center” project. These centers can become school-based clinics that provide mental health or other services to students without direct parental consent or notification.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact details): ‘Regarding the “Wellness Center” update (Item II.c.3), what specific services will be offered to students, and what is the policy for parental notification and consent before any service is rendered?’
