Undisclosed Change to Special Education Policy
📅 October 30, 2026
The board is scheduled to vote on an unspecified ‘addition to the Special Education Policy and Procedures’ under Item 5.A. The text of this proposed change has not been included in the public agenda, making it impossible for parents to review it before the vote.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: The district is voting on Item 5.A but has not published the text of the change online. Contact the Board President, Dr. Gordon Ilstrup, and demand the board postpone the vote on Item 5.A until the full text of the proposed policy change is posted publicly for parental review.
