⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Secret Executive Session with Undisclosed Topic
📅 August 24, 2026
The Board plans to hold a private, closed-door meeting but has not disclosed the topic on the public agenda, leaving a blank space where the reason should be. This prevents parents from knowing what sensitive issues are being discussed away from public scrutiny, which could include anything from student discipline to controversial personnel changes.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask: ‘What is the topic for the Executive Session scheduled for August 24th? The Open Public Meetings Act requires the Board to state the general nature of the matters to be discussed in private before going into a closed session.’

💰 Taxpayer Impact: Reduced Board Transparency
