⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Vague “Retreat” Agenda Requires Manual Review
📅 August 15, 2026
The district has scheduled a “Board Retreat” but has not published the specific topics of discussion on the main agenda page. The full agenda is only available by opening a separate file, preventing parents from quickly seeing what will be discussed, which could include sensitive long-term policy planning.
Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: Open the file ‘081526 RetreatAgenda’ attached in the Official Agenda (linked above) to confirm what the Board is discussing. Email the Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact info): ‘Parents demand that all topics for the August 15th Board Retreat be posted publicly and clearly, not hidden in an attachment. What is being discussed at this meeting?’
