DEMAND ANSWERS: This is a First Reading. Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact info): ‘Regarding Item 2.A, Policy 204.1, under what authority can the district demand an in-person wellness check at a private residence without a warrant or CPS involvement? This policy is an unacceptable invasion of family privacy. Vote NO.’
