Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand to know: ‘What specific ‘baseline criteria’ will be established for student behavioral health, will parents be able to opt their children out of any related screening or data collection, and can we review all materials before the vote?’

The Board is enforcing rules that limit public comment to 3 minutes per person and require parents to register online before 3:00 PM on the day of the meeting. This makes it harder for working parents to voice their concerns and hold the board accountable.
Recommended Action Plan

Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand the Board remove the pre-registration requirement for public comment. ‘Parents’ schedules are not predictable. Your rules are silencing the very people you were elected to serve.’
