New Union Contract Hides Policy Changes
📅 July 6, 2026
The Board is voting on a new two-year contract with the teachers' union. These agreements often contain hidden policies on curriculum, student discipline, and teacher evaluations that bypass public debate. Parents have a right to know what's in this multi-year agreement before it's approved.
Recommended Action Plan
DEMAND DELAY: Email Superintendent Richard Reynolds at rreynolds@ghbulldogs.org and call Board President Millette King at (216) 475-8100. Tell them: 'Delay the vote on the GHTA contract, Item 4.1. Parents need time to review this document for hidden policy changes affecting our children.'
