Board to Discuss New ‘Norms’ and Goals
📅 October 14, 2026
The board is scheduled to receive an ‘informational’ update on district ‘Norms and Goals’ under item 9.a. While this could be routine, these terms are sometimes used to introduce new social or behavioral policies under the radar, so it’s important to know what specific goals are being discussed.
Recommended Action Plan

MONITOR: Attend the meeting or watch the recording to understand what ‘Norms and Goals’ are being presented under Item 9.a. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask: ‘Please post the presentation materials for the Norms and Goals Update publicly for parent review before the meeting.’
