ALERT (LEVEL 4)

Undefined “EEI Proposal” Linked to Funding

📅 September 21, 2026

The board is discussing an “EEI proposal” and its funding source under Item 6.a.ii without defining what “EEI” stands for. This lack of transparency could be used to approve spending on ideological programs, such as Equity initiatives, without parental scrutiny.

Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask: ‘Regarding Item 6.a.ii on the Rockingham School Board agenda, what does the acronym “EEI” stand for, and what is the nature of this proposal? Parents deserve to know what the district is planning to fund before decisions are made.’
