ALERT (LEVEL 4)
Board to Review Policy on Liaisons to Outside Groups
📅 September 28, 2026
The board is reviewing ‘Policy 1221: Liaisons to other organizations.’ The agenda does not provide the text of this policy, making it impossible for parents to know if this opens the door to influence from political or activist groups.
Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: The agenda for the Sep 28 meeting lists ‘Policy 1221: Liaisons to other organizations’ for review but does not include the text. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand a copy of the proposed policy to ensure it does not create formal ties with political or ideological activist groups before the board discusses it.
