Recommended Action
Call Board President Josh Grappy at (419) 759-2331: 'I see you've scheduled a special meeting on Feb 19th just to go into a secret session. The public has a right to know which position you are discussing. We expect full transparency before any final hiring or firing vote is taken in public.'
