The board will approve addendums to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with West-MEC for career and technical education. Section 4.F.(10) of the IGA requires the district to provide student directory information for all students in grades 7-12, which may implicate parental rights under FERPA if opt-out provisions are not properly implemented.

MONITOR & PRESERVE: The public comment rules in Item C.1 impose a 90-second time limit. Monitor board meetings for instances where this rule is used to cut off substantive comment on contested issues, and preserve video of such instances to build a record for a potential as-applied challenge.
