⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
Board to Meet in Secret Session with No Stated Purpose
📅 August 3, 2026
The board is planning to enter a closed-door “Executive Session” but has left the reason for this secret meeting completely blank on the public agenda. This prevents parents and taxpayers from knowing what topics are being discussed without public oversight, such as personnel changes, legal strategy, or student discipline.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link for contact info) and ask: ‘What is the specific topic for the Executive Session scheduled for the August 3rd meeting? The Open Public Meetings Act requires the Board to state the reason for entering a closed session. Leaving it blank on the agenda is unacceptable.’

💰 Taxpayer Impact: Lack of Transparency
