🚨 HIGH CONCERN (LEVEL 8)
Secret Board Training with Unnamed Consultant
📅 July 28, 2026
The school board is holding a closed-door ‘Executive Session’ to be trained by an unnamed ‘outside consultant.’ This prevents the public from knowing who is influencing the board, what ideologies they are being taught, and how taxpayer money is being spent. These secret sessions are often used to introduce controversial governance models or strategies for managing parent feedback, all away from public scrutiny.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Email the Westfield-Washington School Board. ‘Regarding the Executive Session on July 28th, who is the ‘outside consultant’ providing the training? I demand to know the name of the consultant, their organization, the cost of this training, and the source of the funds. Board training must be transparent.’ (Parents should verify board member emails on the district website.)

💰 Taxpayer Impact: Undisclosed cost for ‘outside consultant’
