MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Undisclosed Personnel Actions on Agenda
📅 November 2, 2026
The agenda lists a ‘PERSONNEL’ item without any details, attachments, or explanation. This prevents parents from knowing what hiring, firing, or contract decisions the board is voting on, which could include ideologically-driven positions.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand that the details for agenda item III, ‘PERSONNEL,’ be made public before the board votes. Parents have a right to know what personnel actions are being approved with our tax dollars.
