This procedure also allows staff to pre-screen video testimony for ‘suitability,’ creating a system that can be used to silence parental concerns.

DEMAND TO BE HEARD: Contact the Administration Committee and the full School Board before the November 4th meeting. ‘Regarding the ‘Community Participation’ SOP in Item 1.04, I oppose any lottery system or pre-screening that limits the public’s right to address the board. A lottery is a gag rule, not a process. Vote NO on this procedure.’
