NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
District Planning Referendum to Raise Taxes
📅 November 2, 2026
The school board is holding a workshop to discuss projects and potential costs for a future Capital Improvements Referendum. This is the first step toward asking taxpayers for more money, and parents must get involved now to ensure funds are directed toward academic essentials, not ideological projects or unnecessary amenities.
Recommended Action Plan

SHOW UP & LISTEN: This is the first discussion about a future tax-hike referendum. Attend this workshop to learn what projects the district is considering. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand that a full, transparent list of proposed projects be published for community review well before any ballot measure is finalized.
