The School Committee is scheduled to approve the entire Capital Plan for Fiscal Year 2027, which dictates major spending on buildings and projects. The board has provided no documents detailing what projects are included or how much they will cost. This allows controversial projects to be funded without any public scrutiny.
Recommended Action Plan

Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand that Item II, ‘Approval of FY27 Capital,’ be postponed until the full, itemized capital plan is published for public review. Ask the board: ‘What specific projects are in this plan, what is the total cost to taxpayers, and why are you voting on it before parents can see the details?’
