The Board is enforcing Policy 0169.1, which limits the entire public comment period to just 30 minutes, no matter how many parents sign up to speak. This rule can be used to shut down parent feedback on controversial topics by simply running out the clock.
Recommended Action Plan

Call Board President Beth Wernery at (513) 554-1800 and email Superintendent Damon Davis at ddavis@readingschools.org: ‘A 30-minute total cap on public comment under Policy 0169.1 is not enough time for the community to be heard. We demand the Board remove this arbitrary time limit to ensure all parents have a voice.’
