This is a committee meeting, so the goal is to get questions on the record early. Contact the Board of Directors (verify contact info on the district website) before the Oct 28 meeting: ‘Regarding Item 3.C, the MOU with Johnson Controls, I am concerned this ‘free’ study is the first step toward a massive, expensive contract driven by ‘sustainability’ and ‘decarbonization’ goals. What is the board’s process for ensuring any future proposals are evaluated on purely financial and operational merits, not ideology, and will there be full public review before any binding agreement is signed?’
