Under agenda item C.1, the board is operating under a policy that caps the entire public comment period at just 30 minutes. This means if more than 10 parents sign up for their 3-minute slot, the board can legally shut down the microphone and refuse to hear from anyone else. This is a structural tactic to control the meeting and silence organized parent opposition.

DEMAND YOUR RIGHT TO BE HEARD: Email Superintendent Todd Hoadley at thoadley@tollestech.com: ‘The 30-minute total time limit on public comment under Policy BDDH/KD is an unacceptable restriction on parental rights. We demand this policy be revised to allow every parent who signs up the opportunity to speak.’
