This policy prevents parents from speaking directly to the committee, filtering out the personal impact and emotion of their concerns and preventing direct accountability.

DEMAND TO BE HEARD: Email the committee at csfc@sandi.net before the meeting. ‘Reading a pre-screened email is not public comment. We demand the right for parents to speak directly to the committee, either in person or live via remote access. Restore authentic public comment now.’
