This secrecy prevents parents from knowing if the board is creating a new DEI position, removing a good teacher, or approving a controversial severance package away from public scrutiny.

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact Superintendent Corey Ream and the Board of Education before the meeting. ‘I demand the Board publicly state the specific subject and position being discussed under agenda item 3.B before voting to enter Executive Session. Parents have a right to know what you are deciding behind closed doors.’
