Attend the meeting on October 19th and use public comment to ask the Board to ensure the ‘Budget Advisory Committee’ discussed in Item 2.A has a clear charter that includes taxpayer advocates, requires all meetings to be public, and is tasked with finding savings, not just approving new spending.
