The Board is planning to discuss Superintendent Rhonda Parker’s reemployment contract in a closed-door ‘Executive Session’ and then immediately vote on it under ‘Action from Executive Session.’ This common tactic prevents parents and taxpayers from reviewing the proposed contract—including salary, bonuses, and performance goals—before it’s approved. This process shuts the public out of the single most important personnel decision the district makes.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Call Board President Roy Chapman at (513) 863-0833. Message: ‘Postpone the vote on the Superintendent’s contract. The public has a right to review the full text of the proposed contract before you approve it. No secret deals with our tax dollars.’
