MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Secret Contract Negotiations for Top Administrator
📅 October 13, 2026
The Board is meeting in a closed-door ‘Executive Session’ to discuss the contract, compensation, and performance of a key district employee, possibly the Superintendent. These secret meetings prevent parents from knowing the terms under which top administrators, who set district policy, are hired, disciplined, or paid.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask: ‘Which administrator’s contract is being discussed in the October 13th Executive Session under item 4? The public deserves to know the outcome of any negotiations involving taxpayer-funded leadership positions before a final vote is taken.’
